Duties and Responsibilities:

One of the vital responsibilities of an NA at our facility is to ensure that patients are comfortable and well-cared for by working closely with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. We provide aspiring NAs with mentorship from experienced nursing staff, who offer practical training to prepare them for the CNA exam. Their contributions to our facility are especially crucial as they handle a range of essential tasks.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is a gateway to various career paths and opportunities that would otherwise be unattainable
• Good listening skills
• A customer-oriented person with strong interpersonal skills to provide the best customer experience possible
