Duties and Responsibilities:
At our facility, NAs receive mentoring from some of our most experienced nurses, who provide practical training and support towards becoming a CNA. Working alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, the NA's primary concern will be patient comfort. They are a key member of our team and perform a range of essential roles.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Obtaining a high school diploma or GED not only helps individuals in their career but also in their personal lives
- Good listening skills
- A customer-oriented person with strong interpersonal skills to provide the best customer experience possible
- To help you excel in your career, we are excited to announce that we are covering the expenses of the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A.) training.
- At 18 years of age, people become eligible to obtain a driver's license, providing them with greater mobility and freedom
- The acquisition of good language skills, especially in English, allows individuals to effectively communicate their thoughts and ideas, and can help to build stronger connections with others
- Knowing two languages is considered a bonus
